Job Summary

This role is for a qualified Electrician or Electronics Technician focused on ensuring the continuous, smooth operation of a fully automated high-bay warehouse. Key daily duties involve the installation of technical systems and components, performing routine maintenance and preventative servicing, and crucially, conducting detailed fault analysis and troubleshooting to rapidly resolve operational issues. You will also be responsible for documenting all work, evaluating faults using a PC, and actively contributing to the optimization of established operational processes. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician or Electronics Technician, ideally paired with initial professional experience. Essential requirements include a willingness to work a 2-shift schedule (ending by 8 PM), the ability to work safely at heights (8-12 meters), and good German language skills. This position is attractive due to its permanent contract duration, above-tariff hourly wages coupled with shift allowances and annual special payments (holiday/Christmas bonuses), and an excellent chance of permanent takeover by the client following a successful placement period.
