Job Summary

This is a critical leadership role as the Head of Technical Property Management for Wildau's largest housing provider, overseeing the technical care and maintenance of approximately 2000 residential units. The core responsibilities include the disciplinary and technical leadership of the department, alongside comprehensive management of the housing stock. Key tasks involve the planning, steering, and financial settlement of all repair, modernization, and new construction projects. The Head will also manage construction project monitoring, acceptance, documentation, and warranty processing, as well as operational and strategic investment planning and budget control. Candidates require a technical vocational qualification or a degree in Construction or Building Technology, several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the real estate sector, and proven leadership ability. Expertise in German construction law (HOAI, VOB, VOL, EnEV) and proficiency in MS Office are mandatory.
