Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Laboratory Technician/Analyst specializing in inorganic chemistry, supporting a leading refinery for rare metals and raw materials, specifically contributing to the European battery industry. The successful candidate will perform routine chemical and physical analyses on raw materials, process samples, and final products, ensuring quality control for the production of inorganic base materials and chemicals. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining modern analytical instruments such as ICP-OES and Ion Chromatography, documenting results accurately, and contributing to the improvement of analytical methods. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or Analyst, relevant professional experience in a routine analytical or inorganic laboratory setting, and a willingness to work in a 2-shift system (Monday to Saturday).
