This key role involves strategically driving the Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework for a successful real estate bank, ensuring digital stability and regulatory compliance (MaRisk, DORA). Day-to-day, the specialist will lead the strategic development of the IAM framework, incorporating modern standards like Cloud-IAM and Zero-Trust architecture. A major responsibility includes coordinating the replacement of the existing IAM tool and implementing a new, modern IAM platform, including defining concepts and standards. The role requires a completed degree in IT or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in IAM, specifically including experience leading complex IT projects and implementing new IAM systems. Expertise in authentication technologies and Privileged Access Management (PAM) is essential.
