Job Summary
As a Product Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in analyzing and resolving technical and functional issues within market communication and AS4 software. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve identifying and troubleshooting problems at the command-line, database, logfile, and potentially code levels, aiming for sustainable error prevention or escalation to software development. You will provide technical customer support, continuously optimizing software and product environments. This role requires documenting insights in a knowledge base and product documentation, collaborating closely with account and service management, product development, and customer departments. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical and communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and a desire to contribute to continuous software improvement.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics or MINT field, or comparable education
Experience
- Professional experience in a relevant field
- Initial experience in product support adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
