Job Summary

The Data Engineer will play a critical role in extracting insights and generating forecasts from extensive data assets using KPIs, statistical analysis, and advanced Machine Learning/AI methodologies. This position involves building new data-driven features and products to support the dynamic growth of the e-commerce platform and rapid evolution of the tech stack. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent execution of data projects, from defining clear requirements and implementation to monitoring solutions, and ensuring the quality and optimization of existing data pipelines. The ideal candidate possesses strong practical experience in Data Science, excellent knowledge of Apache Spark (Scala/Python) and SQL, and a structured, solution-oriented approach. Collaboration with internal teams to translate business needs into Data Science solutions is key, along with supporting self-service data analysis by developing and refining dashboards and reports, ideally using tools like Metabase.
