Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineering Specialist Planner to contribute to innovative and sustainable technical building equipment projects within the INNIUS Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently managing planning across all service phases (HOAI), developing detailed calculations, sizing building technology components, and creating comprehensive bills of quantities for service specifications. A key focus is producing planning documents using 3D modeling, with opportunities for further development in future-oriented BIM planning methods. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or is a certified technician, possesses several years of professional experience, and is proficient with CAD, calculation software, and MS Office. Strong German communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within project teams and with all stakeholders.
