Job Summary
This critical leadership role involves managing and strategically enhancing all administrative processes for a non-profit organization operating ten daycares across four districts in Berlin. The Head of Administration will be responsible for ensuring efficient, legally compliant operations, continuous process optimization, and strategic implementation of administrative workflows. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the six-member administrative team, overseeing budget adherence, managing contracts, and driving the introduction and maintenance of digital administrative processes to boost efficiency and transparency. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, relevant commercial education or a degree, and professional experience, ideally within the social economy sector, particularly in childcare services. This position offers significant responsibility, broad authority, and the potential to receive power of attorney (Prokura).

Experience
- Relevant professional experience following commercial training or a university degree
- Leadership experience in a managerial function
- Knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) environment (desirable)
- Experience in the social economy sector, specifically in daycare services (desirable)
