The Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Engineer acts as a key productive member within project core teams, providing essential expertise in ILS tasks for complex shipbuilding solutions, which include control system automation, power generation, distribution, and propulsion systems. A core responsibility is ensuring the accuracy of technical descriptions and maintenance procedures for customized solutions delivered to customers. Day-to-day tasks involve editorial contribution to electronic manuals covering system description, operation, maintenance, and software. The engineer also prepares data related to configuration management, material information, and engineering documentation, and assists in creating functional diagrams used for effective troubleshooting. This role requires a strong background, typically a degree in Electrical Engineering or successful training as a Technician combined with professional experience in project handling or industrial plant maintenance, coupled with fluent German and English communication skills, supporting the company's deep tradition in the marine sector.
