Job Summary

This role involves leading and independently managing construction sites primarily within the 20 kV power grid for energy supply companies. Day-to-day tasks include the assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and repair of overhead lines and masts, ensuring successful commissioning, and providing technical and organizational leadership to assigned staff. The Senior Foreman is responsible for legally compliant site execution, strictly adhering to occupational safety and technical guidelines, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training as an Electrician for industrial engineering, or is a Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering, ideally bringing several years of professional experience in switchgear assembly (1-20 kV). The position requires strong organizational skills, customer orientation, basic MS Office proficiency, and a Class B driving license (ideally BE or CE).
