Job Summary

This is a high-responsibility leadership role reporting directly to the Division Management, focused on driving the economic success and strategic direction of a Business Unit comprising approximately 80 employees within the energy infrastructure sector. The manager will oversee the technical development, long-term planning, and strategic alignment of the unit, ensuring sustainability and cross-functional integration. Key responsibilities include comprehensive personnel management (qualitative and quantitative planning, development, and leadership), proactive market monitoring, and securing new, innovative projects through active customer acquisition and network building. Candidates must have extensive professional experience in construction-related project business, proven disciplinary and technical leadership skills, and verifiable Profit & Loss responsibility. The role demands an entrepreneurial, resilient, and decisive leader capable of managing complex project portfolios, ensuring timely invoicing, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
