This role is central to establishing Business Process Management (BPM) as a core control mechanism within the organization. The Senior BPM Manager will be responsible for the conceptual development and strategic direction of the BPM toolset, acting as the critical link between technical and business process management teams. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating the technical and functional interplay of BPM solutions, advising executives on key tool and architectural decisions, and ensuring that processes are clearly documented and modeled for automation readiness using BPMN 2.0. The successful candidate must possess extensive experience in business process management, deep practical modeling skills, and a strong understanding of process automation engines.
