Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Team Leader in Quality Assurance to oversee and professionally manage the QS team within a leading electron beam technology company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, ensuring the continuous development of processes and adherence to all relevant norms and standards. Day-to-day activities include coordinating testing procedures, ensuring timely execution, collaborating closely with internal departments, customers, and suppliers, and managing shift planning. A key focus is the continuous qualification and motivation of the team. Candidates must possess a technical background in quality and material testing, preferably with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman, coupled with several years of leadership experience in quality assurance and strong knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and relevant standards.
