Job Summary

This role is crucial for enabling the energy transition by actively managing and integrating modern energy facilities—such as heat pumps, charging infrastructure, and electrical storage—into the electricity grid. The Project Manager will organize and control the entire connection process, from initial customer inquiry through network analysis and concept creation (including switching states and metering concepts) up to commissioning readiness. Key responsibilities include technical consultation for customers and installers, coordination with internal departments, and drafting necessary contracts and agreements. Success requires a strong background as an Electrician or Master/Technician, excellent organizational skills, a good technical understanding of electrical systems, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.
