Job Summary

This role seeks a Project Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering within Technical Building Equipment (TGA) to manage complex real estate projects from initial concept through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the holistic execution of service phases 1-9 according to HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), focusing specifically on electrical and communication/safety systems (Cost Groups 440 and 450). Day-to-day tasks involve specialized planning, tendering, awarding contracts, and site supervision of electrical installations, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence. This position requires strong coordination skills to align with architects, project controllers, and clients, and offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of digital planning processes, CAD/BIM applications, and innovative solutions within a dynamic, quality-focused team environment.
