Job Summary

This role involves working within a medium-sized, family-run company specializing in the assembly of complex electronic components for various industrial clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating programs for all Surface-Mount Device (SMD) manufacturing equipment and conducting visual/Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) checks on produced assemblies. A key aspect of the job is continuous involvement in process optimization to enhance production efficiency and quality. Ideal candidates possess a completed electrotechnical apprenticeship (such as Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or Industrial Electrician) and ideally have professional experience in series production (SMD/Through-Hole Technology - THT).
