Job Summary

This role is for a Civil Engineer focused on planning and managing modernization and renovation projects within building construction, including administrative buildings, substations, switchgear, and warehouses. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating concepts, service specifications, and managing timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include preparing and participating in contract award discussions, instructing and managing subcontractors to ensure adherence to cost, quality, and deadlines, and collaborating with commercial and technical departments to ensure technical feasibility. The role also involves coordinating with authorities, institutions, architects, and specialist engineers, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. This position requires a strong background in civil engineering or architecture, significant experience in building construction projects, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
