Job Summary

This role involves serving as the Tendering Manager, focusing on the technical coordination and management during the bidding phase of high-voltage switchgear projects. Key responsibilities include preparing customer- and market-oriented, cost-optimized proposals based on client specifications and tender documents. The manager will analyze invitations to tender, technically and commercially clarify the scope of the offer, and independently develop solutions. This requires close collaboration with internal departments like Sourcing, Engineering, and Installation. A core task is cost determination through requesting and evaluating quotes for major equipment and components, conducting risk analyses, and ensuring timely proposal submission. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possesses strong negotiation skills, readiness for occasional business travel, and proficiency in English.
