Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Support Technician to provide essential onsite support directly to a client in Munich. The primary responsibility is ensuring the local IT infrastructure runs smoothly by being the first point of contact for technical issues. Daily tasks involve the installation, setup, and maintenance of various hardware components, including PCs, notebooks, and peripherals, alongside comprehensive troubleshooting within Microsoft Windows environments. The technician will manage the entire lifecycle of workstations (setup, relocation, decommissioning) and handle ticket documentation. Candidates must possess a completed IT apprenticeship or substantial professional experience in IT support, coupled with expertise in Windows domains, Active Directory, client deployment, and robust troubleshooting skills for mobile devices and clients. Excellent German language skills (C1) and a structured, service-oriented approach are mandatory for successful user interaction in this permanent position.
