Key responsibilities include conducting deviation analyses based on Statistical Process Control (SPC) data, initiating and leading interdepartmental corrective actions for process deviations, and managing continuous improvement projects (CIP). The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in photomask manufacturing, semiconductors, or nanostructuring.
