Day-to-day tasks involve applying standard microbiological methods, such as media preparation and bacterial smears, and utilizing molecular biological techniques. The role requires meticulous monitoring and documentation of work processes to ensure stringent quality assurance standards are met. Key qualifications include a degree from a technical school (BTA, CTA, MTA equivalent) or a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate precision, possess basic mathematical knowledge, and be prepared for mandatory 3-shift operation. Good English skills are also required for this position within a dynamic team environment.
