Job Summary
The Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Berlin is seeking dedicated Quality Assurance Officers to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently processing applications for billing authorization of quality-assured services, meticulously reviewing approval conditions, and ensuring treatment quality through sampling and deadline control. A key part of your day will involve drafting official decisions and corresponding with medical professionals, lawyers, health insurance companies, and other institutions, as well as preparing board proposals. You will also organize and conduct meetings for quality assurance commissions, colloquia, and practice inspections, meticulously documenting proceedings. The position requires providing comprehensive written and verbal advice to doctors and psychotherapists on quality assurance procedures and managing general administrative tasks including documentation and data maintenance. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in administration or healthcare, strong communication skills, and a structured, independent work ethic who are looking for a stable position within the public health sector.

Completed vocational training in administration, healthcare, or social insurance (preferably with a focus on healthcare or social services)
Experience
- Professional experience in administration within a healthcare institution OR
- Multiple years of professional experience in administration
