Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Systems Engineer ready to take the next step into project leadership. As the Sub-Project Manager for Electrical Engineering, you will independently plan electrical systems while coordinating closely with specialist departments and external suppliers. A core part of the role involves rigorous project control, including monitoring budgets, hours, milestones, and priorities. You will also be responsible for the technical review and approval of documentation such as specifications, drawings, and plans. Furthermore, you will act as the crucial link between customers, suppliers, authorities, classification bodies, and internal teams, managing smaller projects end-to-end from planning through technical procurement. Success in this role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, proven project management experience, and excellent organizational and conceptual skills.
