Job Summary
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for users, managing incoming technical disruptions and service requests within the 1st Level Support Service Desk. Day-to-day responsibilities include logging problems and requests into the ticket system, classifying disruptions, performing initial analysis, and documenting actions taken. A critical part of the job is coordinating the handover of unresolved issues to subsequent support units and maintaining clear communication with users throughout the resolution process. This position is ideal for individuals with a technical IT background, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or motivated career changers. Key qualifications include solid knowledge of PC software and hardware, high IT affinity, familiarity with the Windows environment, and strong customer orientation, coupled with excellent German and good English language skills.
