This role involves critical development work on Analog and Radio Frequency (RF) modules for advanced airborne radio equipment, adhering strictly to aviation standards like RTCA DO-254. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, simulating, and optimizing complex circuits, such as Power Amplifiers, RF Frontends, and Synthesizer Modules, alongside selecting appropriate components. The developer will also be responsible for conducting rigorous design reviews, defining testing specifications, and qualifying modules and devices for subsequent serial production. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF or Communications Technology, coupled with professional experience in analog hardware development, RF technology, and PCB design. Proficiency in specialized hardware design tools (SPICE, Microwave Office, CST) and programming experience in Python are essential, making this an ideal opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to contribute to high-reliability aviation electronics.
