Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an Embedded Software Developer to contribute to the development and optimization of control software for heat pumps. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the independent implementation of software solutions for embedded systems using the C programming language, focusing heavily on hardware-level programming for microcontrollers. The developer will also be responsible for maintaining, documenting, and enhancing existing software and development environments. Success in this position requires a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in developing real-time applications and robust knowledge of C programming for hardware-near systems. Strong expertise in PFC (Power Factor Correction) control technology is essential, and familiarity with power electronics and motor control systems is a plus. The position offers an unlimited contract and the chance for continuous professional development within a large, established engineering service provider, requiring fluent German and English skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
