Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Bioanalytical Method Developer to actively shape innovative analyses from development through automation within a modern, regulated GxP environment. The core responsibilities involve independently planning and executing bioanalytical method developments and validations, primarily focusing on ligand-binding and cell-based assays. You will analyze clinical and preclinical samples, ensuring strict adherence to GLP and GCP guidelines. A key function of this position is process optimization, including driving efficiency through the automation of analytical methods using laboratory robots and liquid-handling systems. Candidates must hold a completed university degree in natural sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry) and possess fundamental experience in developing assays such as ELISA, ECL, and cell-based assays. Success in this role requires an analytical mindset, self-starting capabilities, and good English skills, contributing directly to the reliable and precise execution of critical preclinical and clinical projects.

Education

Completed university degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or comparable)

Experience

  • Fundamental experience in the development and establishment of bioanalytical methods (e.g., ELISA, ECL, cell-based assays)
  • Professional experience ensuring compliance with GxP guidelines (GLP/GCP)
  • Experience coordinating laboratory workflows and managing equipment capacity
