Job Summary

This role is ideal for an SAP expert ready to take on complex, dynamic production projects, acting as the primary SAP Key User contact within the production environment. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing hands-on support and expertise on the production floor, including morning and late shifts (early and late shift readiness is required). Key tasks include supporting the implementation of new tool solutions, providing training and support during rollouts, and actively building system understanding and tool competency among staff. The successful candidate must possess practical experience with SAP data maintenance, knowledge of production data, and foundational understanding of Line Balancing. Strong communication skills and a technical or commercial background are essential for effective collaboration with production, IT, and external stakeholders, making this a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency.
