Job Summary

This role offers a challenging opportunity as a PLC Programmer within GEKA, a leading global provider of high-precision application solutions for the cosmetics market. Based in Bechhofen, Germany, you will be primarily responsible for the PLC programming of new machinery projects and the continuous optimization of existing programs using systems like Mitsubishi, Siemens S7, and VIPA. Daily tasks include managing the procurement of components, overseeing new construction and conversion projects (including international sites in Brazil and the USA), conducting commissioning, and performing detailed error analyses to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a Mechatronics Technician or Electrical Engineer and brings at least three years of dedicated professional experience in PLC programming, coupled with strong expertise in assembly, control, and electrical engineering.
