Job Summary

This full-time position in Regensburg seeks an experienced Industrial Systems Electrician to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of highly automated manufacturing facilities. The role primarily involves the maintenance, repair, and inspection of complex electrical and automation systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions across all production equipment, with a specific focus on control and automation technology, including SPS S5, S7, and Tia Portal environments. You will also be responsible for implementing optimization measures, conducting assembly work, managing spare parts inventory, and coordinating closely with both internal production teams and external service providers. A key component of the role is conducting thorough fault analysis and documentation, as well as providing instruction and mentorship to apprentices. Candidates must possess advanced knowledge of control and automation technology, several years of relevant industrial experience, and a willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
