Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Information and Telecommunications Technician to join ESWE Versorgungs AG, a leading energy service provider in Wiesbaden. The primary responsibilities revolve around the installation, assembly, and commissioning of critical telecommunications infrastructure, specifically fiber optic (LWL) and FM copper cables, requiring proficiency in splicing and connection techniques. You will be crucial in ensuring network reliability by utilizing modern measurement and testing equipment for quality control, systematic fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting infrastructure disturbances, including necessary network switching. Day-to-day tasks also involve coordinating installations with customers, managing specialized materials, and meticulously maintaining technical documentation and cable databases, often utilizing SAP. Candidates must possess a completed relevant Electronics Technician qualification, knowledge of VDE regulations, and a Class B driving license.
