Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who will serve as the primary point of contact for all DATEV application inquiries within a tax consultancy firm. Daily tasks involve providing technical and application-related support for various DATEV modules (e.g., Unternehmen online, DMS, EO Comfort), analyzing and resolving user problems in collaboration with the IT department and external DATEV support, and actively participating in the introduction of new digital solutions. A key component of the job is training and supporting staff in the secure and efficient use of DATEV programs, alongside optimizing internal system structures. The position requires strong DATEV expertise, technical understanding, and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
