Job Summary

This full-time, permanent IT System Technician role in Erding involves the comprehensive design, development, and management of IT infrastructure and applications. Key responsibilities include operating, administering, and advancing network and firewall infrastructure (specifically Sophos and Securepoint), managing virtual and physical server environments (including Terminal, Database, Application, and Mail servers), and administering Azure-based virtual clients and hybrid IT environments. The technician will also manage hybrid email systems, administer VoIP telephony (3CX) and CTI solutions (Estos), and lead migration projects and new IT service rollouts. This position requires a professional with at least seven years of experience, strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server/Client OS, and scripting using PowerShell or Power Automate. The successful candidate will ensure stable, secure, and highly available IT operations, contributing to high customer satisfaction in a dynamic, value-driven environment.
