Job Summary
This role offers an ideal entry point for IT professionals starting their careers, working within a family-run company connected to the Specific-Group. As the IT Support Specialist, you will function as the primary IT resource for First Level Support, efficiently managing incoming requests using the Zammad ticketing system. Your core responsibilities include providing comprehensive helpdesk support for clients, users, and various applications, as well as taking ownership of the roll-out of Windows clients, including Microsoft O365 deployment. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT vocational qualification and demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for the Windows system environment. Success in this position requires a reliable, structured, and customer-oriented approach, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and persistence to ensure all issues are resolved. This full-time, permanent position is based in Munich and offers flexible working hours and a modern office environment.
