This role involves the autonomous and team-oriented project management, planning, and design of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and specialized buildings. The professional will handle all phases of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) services, from preliminary design through construction supervision, quality control, and schedule monitoring. Key responsibilities also include providing technical consulting services, conducting site inspections, and performing building assessments. Candidates must possess a degree in engineering or a technician qualification in building services or electrical engineering, coupled with at least two years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in industry regulations (DIN, VOB, HOAI) and experience with CAD and calculation programs are essential.
