Job Summary

This full-time System Administrator role involves being a key member of the administration team, focusing heavily on providing 2nd Level Support for customers. Day-to-day tasks include offering remote assistance for the setup of SQL application databases and providing support for configuring crucial product interfaces, such as Mailing and LDAP. Internally, you will be responsible for the continuous administration and maintenance of core IT systems, including Windows Clients, Virtual Machines (VMs), and the IT network infrastructure, encompassing Firewall and Back-Up solutions. The ideal candidate must possess a successfully completed IT apprenticeship or training, coupled with relevant professional experience and excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems. While experience in IT support is beneficial, the position requires a high degree of independence, personal responsibility, and strong teamwork skills.
