Job Summary

This role is ideal for an engaged IT Specialist or IT Technician looking to become a key technical contact within a modern, interdisciplinary firm specializing in advising medium-sized businesses. The specialist will serve as the first point of contact for employee and client support concerning MS Office and critical DATEV software, including DATEV DMS. Day-to-day responsibilities involve proactive process management, IT project leadership, system analysis, and the configuration and maintenance of internal and external network and system infrastructure. You will actively contribute to the firm's digitalization strategy, acting as a multiplier for digital projects across departments. Key requirements include strong knowledge of DATEVpro, Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, and experience in user support and IT system planning.
