This role is for an experienced Civil Engineer or certified Construction Technician to manage and oversee crucial civil engineering projects, specifically focusing on fiber optic network expansion in the Rhein-Ruhr area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of construction projects, including creating detailed service specifications and tender documents, reviewing and approving execution plans, and ensuring quality control through rigorous site supervision. Key responsibilities also include managing supplementary claims (change orders) and supporting cost and schedule control efforts. Applicants must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical certification, coupled with extensive professional experience in cable laying civil engineering or fiber optic technology.
