Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and organizational management of the Textile Ecology teams across various fashion brands. The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the commissioning and evaluation of physical and chemical quality tests for collections conducted by suppliers and external laboratories in production countries. Key duties include planning, prioritizing, and coordinating external quality testing, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring strict adherence to European and national legal requirements, including regulations like REACH and TKVO. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Chemistry or Textile Ecology, coupled with several years of quality management experience, preferably in the textile industry, and initial leadership exposure. This position is crucial for continuously developing chemical and physical textile standards, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality, compliant products for the brand's long-term success.
