This part-time (50%) role involves consulting foreign professionals and local companies regarding the recognition of foreign vocational qualifications and subsequent adaptation training, primarily within the framework of the Skilled Immigration Act. The consultant will advise foreign specialists on required catch-up qualifications for partial equivalency and on entry and residence formalities. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing suitable qualification measures, connecting individuals with appropriate businesses for training and potential employment, and conducting information events. The role requires strong communication skills, intercultural sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various institutional stakeholders, including immigration authorities, employment agencies, and businesses. Candidates should have a relevant degree and be proficient in MS Office and digital tools, ideally bringing initial experience in foreign qualification recognition or immigration law.
