Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Civil Engineer passionate about ensuring the safety and structural integrity of hydraulic infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing the condition of structures through functional controls, regular inspections, and analyzing measurement data. A critical component of the job is creating annual safety reports, measurement protocols, and operational instructions. You will coordinate both internal and external technical experts to conduct in-depth reviews of dams, walls, and steps, defining necessary actions and required maintenance. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydraulic Engineering or Geotechnics, possess strong analytical capabilities, and demonstrate professional fluency in both German and English. This position offers thorough onboarding and the opportunity to quickly assume responsibility within a regional engineering firm working on diverse and interesting projects.
