This role involves supporting the critical network monitoring and fault resolution processes for the DB InfraGO AG, ensuring the smooth operation of railway services in Berlin. Key responsibilities include supporting alarm monitoring, acting as the interface between field service and customers, and managing the operational reporting and information flow during fault resolution, often working in shift duties. The ideal candidate possesses a technical vocational qualification in IT, telecommunications, or networking, coupled with relevant professional experience in maintenance or 1st-level technical support for ICT applications. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills under pressure, initiative, customer orientation, and a willingness to work in alternating shifts and on-call service to maintain essential communication during critical ITK outages.
