Cybersecurity Governance Expert | Data Engineer

Job Summary

This role involves actively conceptualizing and developing the Cybersecurity Governance structure for Österreichische Post AG and its subsidiaries, positioning the company as a growing technology leader in logistics. The expert will be responsible for setting up robust reporting structures, ensuring proactive stakeholder management, and guaranteeing accountability in implementation across the group. A core function includes designing and evolving company-wide Cybersecurity Frameworks in close collaboration with IT Security experts, as well as planning and executing regular gap analyses and penetration tests utilizing external service providers. Candidates must possess a university degree focused on IT and Cybersecurity, coupled with at least four years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Governance, ideally within an international corporate setting. Fluency in both German and English, combined with deep knowledge of international standards like ISO 27001, NIST, NIS/NIS2, and DORA, is essential for success in this critical, permanent position.
