Candidates should possess a qualification as an Electrotechnician, Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Electrician, or an equivalent HTL degree specializing in Mechatronics. Success in this role requires good German language skills to understand work instructions, a structured and independent working style, flexibility, and a willingness to operate within a 2-shift system.
