Job Summary

This permanent position seeks an IT Systems Specialist to manage and develop client technology and infrastructure solutions, primarily providing 2nd Level Support directly at customer locations. Day-to-day tasks include performing technical support, maintaining end-device hardware and software (clients, printers, and standard applications like Windows and Antivirus), and administering the client management solution. The role is crucial for the ongoing development of existing infrastructure and requires active participation in various IT projects, alongside meticulous documentation creation and maintenance. Candidates must possess a completed IT education and demonstrate strong technical understanding, solution-oriented thinking, and excellent teamwork skills. Knowledge of Microsoft system landscapes, including Active Directory and Exchange, is highly desired.
