Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the energy transition by developing customized concepts for supplying residential, commercial, and district properties with heat, cooling, and electricity. The Project Developer will focus on integrating renewable energies and high-efficiency combined heat and power plants, supporting clients in the housing industry with decarbonization and CO2 reduction efforts. Key responsibilities include preparing investment decisions through thorough economic analyses, assessing technical, ecological, and legal frameworks, and independently calculating project costs and KPIs. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, coupled with professional experience in heating or supply technology. Success in this position requires a conceptual, autonomous, yet team-oriented approach, excellent German language skills, and the ability to serve as a technical expert supporting the sales team in client presentations.
