Job Summary
This role is perfect for an experienced Agile Coach or Scrum Master passionate about fostering an agile mindset within cross-functional software Research & Development teams. You will be instrumental in strengthening transparency and trust across teams and locations, ensuring effective information flow between Product Owners and development teams. Key responsibilities include moderating and continuously evolving Scrum meetings, and actively shaping agile practices alongside Scrum Masters and developers. A crucial part of the job involves organizing and facilitating scaled agile processes, such as PI planning. Candidates must possess a relevant degree or comparable qualification, multiple years of experience leading agile teams, and certification as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. The position requires strong communication, moderation, and Servant Leadership skills, along with fluency in both German and English.

University degree or comparable qualification in a relevant technical field; Certification as a Scrum Master or Scrum / Agile Coach
Experience
- Several years of practical experience leading agile, interdisciplinary teams as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience with scaled agile methods in software development (Advantageous)
