Job Summary
This role at the Technical University of Dresden involves cutting-edge research and development in millimeter-wave transmitter chip design for 6G wireless communication. The successful candidate will focus on analyzing, designing, and testing highly efficient, adaptive, multi-path millimeter-wave power amplifiers, including smart power dividers, adders, mixers, and baseband amplifiers, integrating them into complete transmitter systems. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
- Professional experience in circuit design (analysis, simulation, layout) for adaptive power amplifiers, power dividers, adders, and mixers at 60 GHz
- Experience in measurement and optimization of circuits
