Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional looking to drive digital transformation within a rapidly growing, international company. As an Inhouse ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT projects within the ERP environment, including planning, organization, execution, and evaluation. A core part of the job involves ensuring smooth operations by managing First- and Second-Level support for the ERP system and adhering to internal service management processes, specifically Incident and Problem Management. You will independently configure and adapt the ERP systems, monitor performance, stability, and availability, and act as the primary contact person for colleagues across different departments, including conducting necessary training. Candidates should possess a degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent training, coupled with professional experience in the ERP domain, strong German and good English skills, and a holistic, goal-oriented approach to cross-company development projects.
