Job Summary

This pivotal role requires an experienced professional to lead a four-person software development team, focusing on automation solutions within the mechanical engineering sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conceptualization of robust software architectures for both PLC (SPS) and .NET applications, and active participation in the development, maintenance, and expansion of control and visualization software. The Team Leader is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of complex software projects, ensuring technical risks are assessed and managed. A core focus of the position is driving the standardization and modularization of software structures. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and a minimum of five years of experience in PLC automation (Siemens or B&R) and/or .NET development, coupled with strong knowledge of electrical and drive technology.
